It is the writers well founded opinion that the radical feminists that have usurped control of the bureaucracies of the Family Court of Australia, The Child Support Agency, the various Family and Community Services groups, Legal Services, Social Security Departments, as well as the controlling males that have used them to fortify their own power bases, have done more to destroy the long term health, wealth and happiness of men, woman and children in our society than any disease, disaster, war or whatever in Australia's history. They are dividing this nation. Their ideology that believes that fathers are not a worthy part of the family unit are only now reaping their rewards through the child/ adolescence problems erupting throughout this country, the poverty traps created for these fatherless families, and the mass desertion from all responsibilities now taking place by those disenfranchised dads forcefully removed from their children's lives. And the sad news is - this situation is going to get far, far worse for all of society unless these radicals and the alpha males using them are stripped of most of their powers as a matter of the utmost urgency.

(This is only a fantasy market and is formed from known statistics, projected figures, current trends and the writers opinions. 'Betting' fluctuations will be made as further statistics are collated. Further 'events' will be added, or changes made in the future as we see fit, and any input from outside sources will be welcome.)

Event 1.
That the father of a child born today will be still living with that child at 10 years of age.

Event 2.
That the father of a child separating with the mother today will no longer have any contact with the children in the following years.

Event 3.
That the father of a child born today and in the future divorced from the mother will have custody of that child at 10 years of age.

Event 4.
That the father divorced from the mother will be denied by the mother/Family Court the time he would like with that child, and would sooner opt for one of the following options.

Event 5.
That at completion of any divorce and custody matters, if there is a child being reared in the family, the father will be left with this much in value from the joint assets collected throughout the marriage.

Event 6.
That the person that initiates separation at the various stages of the growth of the family unit are the Mother/Father or Wife/Husband. This are based on factual figures. Can anyone guess why? Is it the reward of children, property, "independence" and Child Support to the mother? The use of children for financial advantage is a sickening fact in Australian society.

Event 7.
That the percentage of anti-father gender feminists and their ilk within the FCA/CSA bureaucracy is at these levels, being far and away above societies levels.

Event 8.
That the control of our children's destiny will be taken away from sexist judges and greedy lawyer's within this time frame.

Event 9.
In the event that a father uses any lawyer and goes through the Australian Family Court system (including counselors and mediators) for child/property matters - this is what he will come out with at the other end.

Event 10.
That a mother taking out a false and malicious Domestic Violence Restraining Order in the Magistrates Court will be protected by the system from having to answer those lies and prevent the father a right of reply for the time period below.

Do you want to waste your money and time in The Family Court of Australia, Dad? No matter how much you throw at lawyers who always give a far rosier picture than the cold hard facts, and how hard you fight, even if you might be a demonstrably better parent than the mother, you will finish up at the end of the day more than 9 times in 10 as a Non Custodial Parent with around 25%-30% of the joint assets over the years together. This is the unfortunate incentive that mum's are given to split for even the most spurious of reasons. This is what is helping bring about the general social destruction of this country one piece at a time. Children now see greed, selfishnesh, lies and self interest not only ignored, but rewarded through our Family Court system. They are our future - and it makes our future bleak indeed. If you must fight this corrupted and sexist system presently operating, (in my opinion) NEVER, EVER let any lawyer take on your case. No matter how incapable or inexperienced you are, gather as much information on the processes involved, seek out others that have been shafted by the system, and do it yourself. A lawyer will act as no more than a purveyor of hatred while stripping your assests bare and getting you no more than you would have got by fighting for yourself. Every part of the Family Court system, from counselors to mediators to judges to lawyers are out to have the father "roll over" and give up children and property as demanded by the mother. You can do no more harm to yourself by fighting this abusive system yourself. This court shows itself as nothing more than a self satisfying empire of power hungry egos that do not give a damn about the destruction and misery it reaps upon fathers and children. It appears to be out to expand its power and prestige regardless of the cost to society. Whatever you do, don't play their game.
